So this week's TWD could have been a success. To get any feed back about this weeks baking experiment you will have to ask the big dog, who, while I went up to dye my hair for the first time since I was in high school, ate all 35 super chocolate cookies. After spending the evening monitoring her for whatever it is that happens to dogs when they eat chocolate, I have posted all I have left of this baking project!

oh no! bad dog!
i'd actually worry about the raisins if you used them. hopefully your girl suffered no ill effects from her treat yesterday. she's cute, i'll give her that but oh so naughty!
NO WAY!! That's actually kind of funny.....
Oh gosh, I sure hope your dog is ok and didn't get really ill. Chocolate and raisins are quite toxic for dogs!!! Poor doggie! Poor you!! I have my fingers crossed here!
Holy Cow!! Your dog ate your TWD assignment! Too funny. I certainly hope your dog is feeling well. And I hope your hair turned out FABULOUS!
oh....dear!
I would not be happy with the dog.
Next time, hide them because they were fabulous.
Oh no! She would choose the TWD recipe with the most chocolate in it! What a greedy girl! It would be completely hilarious if it weren't so worrying too. I do hope she is O.K. And that you will forgive her some day!
Oh my I can't believe your dog at all those cookies! SHe is a cutie and very big!
Hide that Plum cake!
I know that it wasn't good for the dog and I hope everything is ok but your post was too funny!
Haaaa! Thankfully Oscar, my weenie dog is short, so he can only reach what I stupidly leave in his way (half a bag of dark chocolate Lindt truffles--after which I am ashamed to admit I wished him harm, though none of the chocolate horror you hear about happened to him--also a 14 ounces bag of coconut...he pooped straight coconut for at least 2 days). Smokey, the lab mix, cannot be trusted in the kitchen by himself anymore since he learned he's tall enough to put the front paws on the counter and grab whatever's in reach.
Oh! Too funny!! Except for the dog. Hope she is okay. Glad she liked them!
She sure looks like she's trying to hide something!
Problem with Great Danes -- they're so tall.
